These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://longrange-tactical.com and any related services, sales, or features offered by LONGRANGE TACTICAL LLC (“LongRange Tactical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy). If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
At checkout you will be required to click to agree to these Terms before completing a purchase.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND LEGAL USE
1.1 Minimum age to use the website.
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use this website.
1.2 Minimum age and eligibility to purchase firearms and ammunition.
You may purchase firearms, receivers/frames, and certain ammunition only if you are legally eligible to do so under federal, state, and local law, including but not limited to:
Being at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun or handgun ammunition (where required by law).
Being at least 18 years old to purchase a rifle or shotgun and eligible ammunition (where permitted by law).
You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws in your jurisdiction.
1.3 Prohibited persons.
If you are prohibited from possessing or purchasing firearms or ammunition under federal, state, or local law, you may not purchase from us, even if an order can technically be placed on the website.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
2.1 You may be required to create an account to place orders or access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it updated.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@longrange-tactical.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
3.1 Descriptions.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photos, and pricing are accurate. However, errors, omissions, or typographical mistakes may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update or change information at any time without prior notice.
3.2 Availability.
All products, services, and prices are subject to change and availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
3.3 Compliance with law.
Some products may not be legal in certain states, counties, or municipalities. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any item you order is legal to possess in your jurisdiction.
4. PRICING, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
4.1 Prices.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Taxes.
Applicable sales taxes will be added to your order at checkout based on shipping destination and/or applicable law.
4.3 Payment.
Our online store uses WooCommerce and one or more third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes and fees.
4.4 Order review and fraud prevention.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order that appears to involve fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
5.1 Order confirmation.
After you place an order, you may receive an email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when we process your payment and initiate fulfillment or transfer.
5.2 Right to refuse or cancel.
We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or legal/regulatory concerns.
5.3 Customer-initiated cancellations.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us at support@longrange-tactical.com as soon as possible. Whether an order can be canceled and whether any fees apply will be governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
6. FIREARMS, RECEIVERS, AND FFL TRANSFERS
6.1 FFL-to-FFL shipping only.
Firearms and other regulated items sold through our website are not shipped directly to the purchaser’s residence. They are shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in accordance with federal and state law.
6.2 FFL information.
You are responsible for providing accurate FFL dealer information at checkout or promptly after ordering. The receiving FFL must be willing to accept the transfer. If the FFL refuses the transfer, you are responsible for any additional shipping, transfer, or restocking charges as described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
6.3 Background checks.
All firearm transfers are subject to required background checks and paperwork at the receiving FFL. We do not control the outcome or timing of background checks. If you are denied or delayed by NICS or other required checks, the receiving FFL’s policies and applicable law will govern your options.
6.4 Failed transfers / prohibited purchasers.
If you are unable to take possession of a firearm because you are prohibited by law, provide false information, or fail the background check, the order may be treated as a return or cancellation subject to our Refund Policy and any applicable restocking or transfer fees. Shipping charges are typically non-refundable.
6.5 Local laws and restrictions.
Certain firearms, parts, magazines, and accessories may be restricted or banned in specific jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for knowing your local laws. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to violate state or local restrictions.
7. SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS, AND DELIVERY
7.1 Shipping Terms.
Shipping methods, timeframes, and restrictions (including state-specific firearm and magazine restrictions) are described in our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Risk of loss.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the product to the receiving FFL or, for non-regulated items shipped directly to you, when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered to your address.
7.3 Inspection upon pickup.
You are responsible for inspecting firearms and other regulated items for damage or defects at the time of transfer/pickup from the FFL. Once you complete the transfer paperwork and accept possession, the item is considered delivered.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
8.1 General.
Details regarding eligibility for returns, refunds, or exchanges—including any time limits, restocking fees, and non-returnable items—are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 Firearms and serialized items.
Because of the nature of firearms and serialized components, many items may be non-returnable once transferred to you or once background check forms are completed, except where required by law or as specifically allowed in our Refund Policy.
9. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use the website or Services:
For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any federal, state, or local law or regulation
To attempt to purchase items you are not legally allowed to possess
To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the website
To transmit malware, unauthorized advertising, spam, or other harmful content
To collect or track personal information of others without permission
To copy, scrape, or reverse engineer any part of the website except as allowed by law
We may terminate or restrict your access to the website for any violation of these Terms.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1 All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product listings, and software, is owned by LongRange Tactical or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
LongRange Tactical, its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or products purchased from us, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website or any product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LongRange Tactical, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your purchase, possession, transfer, or use of any product obtained from us
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or your use of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and LongRange Tactical shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when changes were last made. Changes are effective when posted on the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
